Doggy Express (15 Minutes)
While you're at work or away, schedule a quick drop-in visit for your furry friend!
Our express check-in will include a potty break, playtime, fresh food & water if needed, and of course some belly rubs.​

Doggy Standard (30 Minutes)
Does your pet need more personalized care and exercise? This standard check-in includes
a walk and/or playtime, administer any needed medication, practice basic training commands and cuddles.
Doggy Premium (60 Minutes)
This one hour visit is for your energetic furry friend that needs more exercise or loves to socialize! This premium check-in will include an hour of walk and/or playtime, top off water, feeding, and lovings!

We will clean litter boxes, top off litter when needed, tidy up pet stations, provide fresh food and clean water, and spend rest of the visit with playtime & cuddles.
Aquatics
We will check-in on your turtles, fish, and everything in between. We will provide feedings, tidy-up/remove waste, check lights, timers, and water parameters if needed.
Birds, Rodents, Other Exotics
During these visits, we provide fresh food and water, tidy-up the enclosure, remove any waste, and check any lights, heaters or timers as needed.

OVERNIGHT PET SITTING & BOARDING
For your extended pet care needs, we provide options for either In-Home Pet Sitting or Private Boarding. For In-Home Pet Sitting, our dedicated pet sitter will care for your fur babies in the comfort of your own home. Your pet will have the luxury of staying where they feel the most comfortable, with their own bed and a safe environment that they're accustomed to. Our pet sitter will also do daily duties such as bring in the mail, rotate lights, take out the garbage, water plants, etc. If you prefer to bring your fur baby to our home, we also provide Private Boarding. Daily routines will be maintained as closely as possible to provide your pet with as much comfortability and individualized care as they need. With either option, rest assured your pets will get lots of love and time for attention, more so than what a daily check-in visit would provide. This service books up quickly, so please plan ahead!

Booking & Cancellation Policy:
50% Non-Refundable Deposit due at time of booking to confirm dates. Any cancellations or modifications up to a week before service will be applied as credit on Scout and will be redeemable for up to 90 days from cancellation date. Any cancellations made within one week of service will be charged at 50%. Any service cancelled or modified less than 48 hours prior to start time will be charged at full original booking rate.

$20.00 Onboarding Consultation
This initial visit is to insure we are both a good fit for each other. We'll assess your pets temperament and also have you show us their designated pet areas, any feeding/routine instructions, and home access either with a lockbox, keycode or spare key. Please note that a lockbox or keycode is preferred whenever possible.
Holidays
A $20 Additional Fee Per Service will be added to the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, & New Year's Day.
Any regular weekly appointments that fall on a holiday must be reconfirmed.
Early AM/Late PM & Weekends
Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM. We're happy to accommodate requests before or after hours or on Saturdays and Sundays with a $10.00 fee.
Cancellation Fee
Any dog walk or check-in appointment cancelled less than 24 hours from start time will be charged in full.
Key Exchange Fee
$20 per drop off/pick up of keys if we need to schedule key collection after initial consultation or apart from scheduled service.
Payment
Our convenient billing system through Scout will automatically process your payment each Tuesday for services completed the previous week Monday-Sunday.
